"The room was big and spacious. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and the location is great. The only issue I have weee that the WiFi and the hot water didn’t work in my room. I had to reservations because we traveled from Cali to El Eje Cafetero. The room I had for the first 3 days WiFi didn’t work and the room I had after we came back from El Eje the hot water wasn’t working."

"The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay especially the girls at the front desk. The room is cozy and the sound proof was great, you can’t hear the cars outside. You’re close to the Boulevard, and “La Calle de Sabor” and cafe as well as restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back in the future!"
