We think he forgot to turn on the hot water so, although there was a great shower, the water was not hot. The worst part of the stay however, was that reggae music played at a location close...

"All I can say is, WOW! I wish we had booked this stay for longer during our trip instead of “roughing it” at other stays. On an island with little amenities, we felt SO comfortable and right at home. Every corner of the house was decorated BEAUTIFULLY. The kitchen was very well equipped, new, and the knives, utensils, and dishes were nicer than I have at home. The house was spotless and having fully screened windows and doors were such a treat to be able to open and let the breeze through...

"The new owners were really friendly and full of local knowledge. So was Pascal the taxi driver they arranged to pick us up. But we were also given lots of privacy. The view is amazing from the studio cottage. It was well appointed and comfortable, had good wifi. It could use a memory foam for the bed though. The grounds were clean and the whole Calibishie area is safe. Dominicans are soooo friendly! "
