"No basic cleaning on hallways, elevators or rooms, had to request a room change as soon as I received my room, bed was dirty, bathroom had drain flies and hair in the sink. Beds are not the most comfortable."

"Beautiful place. Everyone was friendly and tried to be helpful but they initially put us in a room where the heat didn’t work and didn’t have another handicap room available with a king bed. Also the only had two rooms with grab bars around the toilet making it hard for my husband to use it."

"2nd time staying here and its a great spot close to the border and airport. Love the breakfast buffet and that the plaza is open late to walk around and get a coffee or food. Rooms are great and super comfy beds. Staff os always welcoming too."
