"What a cute hotel! Super clean and modern. Loved the decor and colors. The 24/7 coffee and tea bar was wonderful. The coffee was DELICIOUS. Pretty sure I had 6 cups in two days lol. The free breakfast was pretty awesome too! Tasty food, smaller number of options but I prefer it that way so then I don't get overwhelmed by choices. The pancake maker was pretty cool and they were super tasty and perfectly cooked each time. Wonderful staff. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. Definitely going to be staying again. Only downside was no pool. But hopefully that'll be added soon since it's still a new property."

"We enjoyed the cottage that we stayed in, it gave us a little bit more feel of being in a log cabin. However, the property is run down and I'm hoping that they're just not putting any more money into it because they see a renovation coming. Our room and the lobby were the only places that were an appropriate temperature, but the elevators, hallways and breakfast area were very warm each day. Breakfast was good enough, the pool was a hit with the kids and the location was just right. I called the property 10 or so times over a couple of hours when we were headed in and no one picked up, not once. A few improvements would go a long way, such as having the front desk number on the room phone (wasn't zero), some deep cleaning in the hallways and breakfast area and making sure the external doors don't get stuck open for security. Wouldnt stay here again unless they get a renovation."

The Broadway Columbia - a DoubleTree by Hilton

"This was our second stay in a year, here, and we have really enjoyed this hotel. It is extremely close to where we wanted to be in Columbia, and I love that the most. We had breakfast there - food was great. No complaints on the room, other than for the suites, it would be nice to have some paper towels, maybe a couple of plates and utensils. Balcony is wonderful and the rooms are spacious! My biggest complaint is that for the 2nd time, one elevator was not working. There was a wedding party staying at the hotel, and in addition to regular guests and everyone that wants to head to the rooftop bar....that is a LOT of traffic on one slow elevator. This hotel needs to get a repair company locked in and keep it maintained better."

"For a cheap, last minute place to stay, it did the job. The beds were comfortable enough. The building smelled like pot unfortunately. The waffles and cereal for breakfast were a nice surprise since the website didn’t mention anything. The bath towels were getting threadbare. We were able to park right outside our room, so security of our car felt better than the parking lot in general."

"Room was clean, a/c worked good, limited parking from what I saw. Breakfast was decent waffles, eggs and sausage as hot food. Staff was friendly and accompanying wanted a end room and he looked and found one for us, thank you"
