"I got there 2 hours early and asked how early I could check in, even though I messaged in Hotels.com, never received a response. The front desk personnel informed me I could check in at 3:01 pm. Not the response I was looking for, thought it was rude. Will definitely look for a friendlier stay next time I am in Long Beach."
