"Upon arriving at the property, we noticed and were notified about construction being done on the rental unit. We were offered 50% off the rental TOTAL if we decided to stay, a full refund, or to be transferred to another property. We agreed with the office to stay and take the 50% off. A day later we received an email as if the situation was new, saying only a flat $200 "gesture of goodwill" will be offered if we decided to stay. I wrote and called back saying the $200 is under the 50% of...

"The 2 bedroom apt was perfect size and fully furnished along with starter pack of essentials for cleaning needs. Broken fan and no window screens put a damper on the hot days and evenings that we were there. Buy bug spray for mosquitos. Need updated frying pans. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. "

"Upon arriving it's visibly clean and organized but it had a wet smell like odor. Bed sheets, pillows, and towels smells like it's been used. I feel like it was washed without using soap on the washing machine. We did not use any of the pillows and blankets. We had to rewash the white bed sheets with our own soaps and cover the bed and couches with it. The house was nice but we werent comfortable with the linens at all. Highly disappointed for what we pay for."

"It was easy to find during the day. It’s very classic all carpet if you’re sensitive to dust you might want to really look at pictures to see if it’s fit. It was perfect for my kids and I. The jacuzzi is amazing and w enjoyed how cozy it is here. "

"Great cozy property that feels like home. It’s clearly easy to tell it’s properly taken care of because the owners appear to stay there as well. It’s VERY well located at the resort. Didn’t even need to drive once to the amenities outside the property. Probably the best located spot at Granlibakken"

"This property is in great location. I really love the big window and lake view. It’s has access to the private pier which is a big plus. However it’s quite old. The stove top and oven is not working during our stay. And I suggest bringing your own bedding."

"the property was misleading as to what was offered. it needs to be changed to specify. we were told the entire unit was for us to enjoy with out party only to find out later it was shared with other people. thats why it was cancelled and only was told we could only get back half deposit. i will be definitely letting people know on all social media. how this is not the place to stay. "
