"We stayed in a 1 bedroom superior lake view chalet that had been updated with paint and new furniture. It was light and bright and very comfortable! I hope they continue to update all of their chalets."
"Was disappointed when there wasn’t a room with a bathtub even though their photos show bath/shower combo. Manager said they’re broken. Brought a bath bomb to relax. Also their site says a coffee maker in every room. That’s laughable, they did have a coffee maker but no coffee or filters, never seen anything like this. We would only stay here as a last resort!!"
"Phone was unplugged, had to use my cell phone to call for Wi-Fi and PWD, should have been mentioned at check in. Very slow internet service. For the price, it was okay."
"There was dried dog pee on the floor. Our window was cracked with a hole the size of my pinky like a bullet hole. Furniture was falling apart/vaneer peeling off/ broken dresser. The rooms were being “renovated” and we were the ONLY guest and they put us in the broken room! The shower was like an RV shower and sprayed water every where on the floor. They gave us 1 towel for 2 people. The worker tried to hit on me while I was in my car waiting for my husband who was checking in. He stood outside the window and stared and waved at me until he got my attention. Then both employees left together after checking us in. I was so uncomfortable. Bed was springy and hard and noisy. The pool was gross and empty and closed for “repairs”and there was construction items and safety hazards everywhere. Tons of stuff all over the place.
(There was no warning ahead of time it was being renovated ect)
My husband said NEVER AGAIN.
Positives:
The ac unit was brand new.
No hold
Cheapest hotel in town."
