"Comenzando que tienen grandes precios por sus habitaciones. El personal que me atendió por teléfono y el del "Front Desk" fue muy atento. El Horel es de lujo. Bien alegre. Cumplió y a superó mis expectativas. Bien completo en sus amenidades. Muchas áreas para divertirse y estar en pareja. Las habitaciones sumamente cómodas al igual que sus camas y baños. "Me encantó el trato, las actividades, los cuartos limpios, algo pasó en mi baño pero rápido la asistencia lo demás súper! Lo que sí es el desayuno continental fue un poco decepcionante y mala organización deben de poner más en el desayuno y organizar más. Ya que muchos visitantes no consideraban personas que estaba haciendo fila y no podemos coger a todo ya que repetían y no nos dejaban coger desayuno, la comidandel restaurante riquisimo!!!!! Definitivamente loca por volver quedarme!!! "
