"I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by.
On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials.
I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! As were the chamber maid ladies.
This hotel is a total pleasure to stay in.

"Easy parking on streets nearby. Clean and modern ,functional rooms, not too far from City centre,in a sort ofindustrial estate. However there were some shops - supermarket- nearby and a. couple of bars . Buses nearby. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning ,telephone and TV. Very gocd nathroom, with shower over bath. Only caveat was the breakdast was not invcuded in the price, and staff in the restaurant part were a bit curt.No kettle nor tea or voffe facility in bedroom, nor any smakl frudfe, which would have neen needed due to the unseasonally very hot temletatures for mid April. Overall good though, with ight improvements needed aa mentioned above. "
