"My room was clean and as expected based on the pictures online. Front desk personnel, although I never spend much time with they, are very pleasant. The gym is spacious and for those of us who just can't miss a day of exercise. It has the equipment that an average person would find beneficial while away from home. It is also well lit and ventilated.
Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Redding Market, across the street from the convention center and very close to many restaurants. "

"Bedding was super nice and comfortable. 2 queens room. Big screen TV, quiet working heating system with thermostat. Extra towels in bathroom, but too few washcloths. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only minor issue was rm 228 had a running toilet issue, but we just shut the door and it didn't bother us. One slow, working elevator. Other is not in service. Very pleased with my stay. I would return."
