"Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Empfang sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Finca ist fantastisch. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es ist sehr ruhig dort in der Natur gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Abendessen im Hotel-Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Eine tolle Woche im Dezember. "

"Ein ganz besonderes Hotel, das wir sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal besucht haben. Tolle Lage in der Nähe vom Strand, die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum und das Personal lässt einen rundum wohlfühlen. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 200 mit Blick direkt auf den Sonnenuntergang. Danke für alles und bis bald!"

"Really wonderful hotel, three nights here provided an amazing opportunity to relax. Wonderful area by the pool and fantastic seaview restaurant. Very welcoming staff and lovely clean rooms. Short walk to a small town with great restaurants, although you're well provided for at the hotel. Nearby is the iberostar where we also considered staying, which has a great rooftop bar worth visiting, but overall very glad that we stayed at the Grand Leon because the overall atmosphere and space to unwind...

"Exceptionally good for a 3 star property! Clean, fresh, modern rooms with good selection of amenities. We really appreciated having a decent sized balcony, and an effective air conditioner in 35 degree heat! Also pleasantly surprised by the (heated?) pool nearby on the ground floor. Weather was hot, so not sure if the pools is actually heated, or just naturally has near 30 degrees C in this weather. One minor improvement would be to have separate shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, rather than...

"Really enjoyed our stay at Barefoot! The hotel is beautiful and the location was perfect. So many good restaurants (including the hotel restaurant). A real delight was that the pool is open all hours (just at your own risk after 6pm), which meant we could enjoy night swims, which is something other hotels don’t usually allow. "An absolute hidden gem. A sanctuary with world class food and hotel design. Staff were excellent and we had an amazingly relaxing experience. Situated in a sleepy town, but close enough to excitement and beautiful beaches. Great value for money for the touches that go into the experience."

"The check-in staff are not on site. Communication with the hotel is basically non existent. If it wasn't for a friendly cleaning staff to let me in and give me the keys, I don't know what I would have done. The building is behind closed and locked iron doors, and the cleaning staff only knew I was there because I had to shake the door violently and cause a disturbance. Communication with the hotel is terrible."
