"We had a nice stay overall. The place is very well located. However, one last incident left a negative impression.
I returned to my room at 11:50 a.m., just 10 minutes before checkout, to quickly collect my luggage and rush to the train station. To my surprise, my key card no longer worked. I went to the front desk, where I was initially told that I had already checked out. I explained that I had not and that I was in a hurry. The receptionist reactivated my card, but when I returned to the room, it still did not work.
I had to run back to the reception again. When I explained my frustration and the urgency of the situation, the receptionist’s response was not particularly helpful and seemed dismissive, saying that “it is not my fault.” This was not the level of hospitality I expected.
Eventually, another employee came upstairs with me and opened the door, allowing me to retrieve my luggage and catch my train. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the way it was handled by the front desk staff was disappointing."
