Was put in a room where the bathroom was at the foot of the bed and there was about a 30cm /12" gap for you to get to the loo due to a bidet being behind the door. When we asked to change rooms we were told we would have to pay 105 Euros to upgrade as they had no other rooms available. Pretty suspicious as the hotel was mainly empty. I have had five happy holidays at this hotel but sadly the quality has dropped since the Thomas Cook thing. There was no entertainment and the food was a little repetitve.

Beautiful vews across the bay. This was our second visit to this hotel, but food was not up to the standard of our previous visit. Staff were excellent and very pleasant. Lovely clean hotel. We had a room on the second floor with a lovely sea view. Hope to return soon.

Die Lage des Hotels in der Bucht ist wunderbar. Das Hotel ist ein richtig alter, abgewohnter Bunker. Die Klimaanlage hört sich an wie ein Schiffsmotor. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. In der ganzen Woche wurden weder Flur noch Treppenhaus gestaubsaugt. Das Zimmer wurde oberflächlich gereinigt bitte nicht in Ecken oder unter das Bett schauen.... Es fanden keine Shows am Abend während der gesamten Woche im Hotel statt, obwohl eigentlich angesagt. Das Essen war in der Auswahl sehr bescheiden, wenig abwechslungsreich.

Great food, helpful staff, clean spacious room, fantastic view of sea from our room only downside was lack of evening entertainmen but we went out of season. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay agsin.

Toller Ausblick. Mehrheitlich gutes Essen. Gebäude in die Jahre gekommen. Tägliche Reinigung mangelhaft. Mängel in Badezimmer. Keine Unterlagen über Aktivitäten im Hotelzimmer. Sehr schlechte Lage. Ohne Navi kaum zu finden. Keine Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung.

Ausblick aufs Meer und Lage sind sehr gut. Personal im Frühstücksraum, vor allem die Chefin, sehr nett und immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Die Zimmer sind leider extrem hellhörig, was durch die Verbindungstüren noch verstärkt wird, die offenbar überall sind.

Voyage fin octobre, le personnel est peu aimable et peu serviable. Nous avons croisés des cafards dans la chambre à plusieurs reprises, des traces de moisissures sur les murs et plafond de la salle de bains. La baignoire était toute écaillée et rouillée. Reputé « Adult Only » mais plus brouillant qu’un club tout public en pleins mois d’août ... bon voyage à vous

Die direkte Meerlage hat mir gut gefallen, das Essen war auch sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und die Cave Bar war die ganze Zeit geschlossen und die Poolbar konnte weder mit Atmosphäre noch mit der Qualität der Getränke überzeugen.

Tolle Lage, Pool und Meer direkt am Hotel, leckere Drinks an der Poolbar für wenig Geld, fantastischer Ausblick aus dem Zimmer, die Betten waren leider extrem hart, dadurch haben wir Rückenschmerzen bekommen.

De kamer was ouderwets cq badkamer en gehorig. Personeel was wel vriendelijk en zwembad was schoon cq de ligbanken. Hotel ligt wel afgelegen en in de buurt is er niks.

Die Lage direkt am Meer und die Ausstattung des Hotels überzeugen. Im Ort selbst gibt nur einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Strandbar, etwas 25 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist jedoch Magaluf mit einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was a very nice week long break. Hotel is right on the cove to the beach, so we did a lot of snorkelling to which there are plenty of fish to see. It was very quiet, but we liked that. I think in the highs of summer it would be a different place, a lot more going on. Food was a well spread, not brilliant for veggies but got by enough.

View from our 8th floor unit was breathtaking. Unfortunately the food in general was not good at all. We ended going across the street to Shetland Cafe 2 nights for good food. We also got the feeling particularly at the pool bar that we we were not really popular, maybe because I t is the end of the season and they are ready to shut down till March. In any event the view overcomes a lot of warts and I would stay here again if it was cheaper.

Dem 4-Sterne Standard angemessenes Hotel. Abwechslungsreiches Büfett, immer eine frisch zubereitete Speise und ordentlich angerichtet. Speiseraum mit Aussicht. Sehr freundliches, schnelles u immer gut gelauntes Personal so wohl an der Rezeption wie im gesamten Hotel. Saubere Zimmer, täglicher Service. Kleines, zweckmäßiges Bad, kleiner Kühlschrank u Safe im Zimmer, Balkon mit Blick in die Bucht. Kleiner Fitnessraum, hell, klimatisiert u mit Wasserspender. Einzig für uns negativ war der Wellnessbereich, keine Handtücher, keine Bademäntel u nichts zum aufhängen der eigenen Bekleidung oder Handtücher. An einigen Stellen deutlicher Schimmelbefall. Im gesamten Hotel und auch im Poolbereich wurde durch das Personal immer auf Sauberkeit geachtet, tägliche Reinigung morgens u auch zwischendurch.
