"It is only 2 months hotel. Located between the beach and town. You can use the bicycle for free( branch new) . Only 10 minutes to the old town and the beach. Room is huge , clean, and lot of sunshine. Breakfast is order to cook, many selection. And the staff is amazing, helpful and so friendly. Highly recommend!"

"昨年に続き2度目の滞在で5泊しました。 ホイアン市内から車で10分程度でホテルのシャトルバスがあり（8：00～16：00）又タクシ-でも片道350円程度でした。近くには無農薬のレストラン等があり、ホイアンの町の喧騒から離れ、ホテルリゾ－ト型の旅行者には最高の場所です。　ホテルから川や田園が見渡せ、散歩で地元の生活を垣間見、そして何よりスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で、迎えてくださり、つたない英語でもスマホのやり取りで意思疎通ができ、快適に過ごすことができました。"

"施設は多少古びているが清潔に保たれているし、担当者も申し分ない。 ただ、こちらに2泊する予定で、初日のチェックイン時間に行ったところ、担当者の姿もなく、中に入れず、途方にくれていた。他の宿泊者がたまたま戻ってきた為、中に入れたが、1時間以上後に担当者が来て、『ダブルブッキングの為に今夜は宿泊出来ないと告げられる。非常に腹が立ったが、近くの施設を用意し、そちらに2泊してもいし、こちらと1泊ずつしてもいい。こちらのミスなので費用はこちらで負担します』と言われました。 対応がきちんとしていたので、その案に従い、近くの施設に1泊し、次の日に戻ることにしました。 代替施設は多分ここよりもグレードが高く、快適に過ごすことができたし、この施設に移っても、色々と希望を聞いてもらえ、チェックアウト時間も飛行機の時間に合わせて延長させてもらい、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 綺麗な景色に囲まれて、静かで快適な時間を過ごすことができ、最後は感謝の気持ちで一杯になりました。 ダブルブッキングがあったので評価は一つ下げますが、その後の対応と快適さは充分に満足できるものでした。"

"Es war ein rundherum perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr beschaulich etwa 3 km von der Innenstadt von Hoi An entfernt. Zum Strand sind es ca 900m. Fahrräder können in der Unterkunft kostenlos entliehen werden. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und kümmern sich bestens um Ihre Gäste! "

"Wonderful little boutique hotel situated in the government protected Tra Que organic vegetable gardens. The surrounding environment is very tranquil, a perfect remedy after the chais of Ho Chi Minh city. The managers Mr and Mrs P are perfect and attentive hosts who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. "Nice place the owner is very pleasant. Very nice room and small pool . You can use the kitchen if you want to cooking own foods . Only thing for myself and others using wheelchairs .the access into guest house is scary . They tried to make ramp but I was uncomfortable using it . If putting on the booking sites wheelchair friendly . They should I proved safe ramp in and out of hotel . Allso could not get to pool side . Again this place was very nice if you can walk . "
