"The grounds were well maintained. Overall, the room was well maintained as well minus a few hairballs I found in the corner. Not ideal but not a dealbreaker either. Very family friendly pool with slides and floaties/balls available to use. The only annoyance was calling front desk to change my private pool to jacuzzi. No one came after a few calls and I gave up. I was there for one night so it’s was fine. I would recommend this place for a resort stay."

"I visited for the second time. I liked it so much on my first visit that this time I brought my son. There are no water play facilities or other attractions, but instead I think it offers greater peace, tranquility, and perfect healing. It seems I’ll be traveling to other countries and cities for the time being, but when I come to Vietnam next, I definitely plan to visit again, and I hope I’ll successfully book a villa garden view there. I highly recommend it as a really great place. I was grateful that the staff were very kind and provided professional service."

"Value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grounds, rooms, pool, beach ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You do get what you pay for though. The buffet food and bar drinks were fine / nothing special and quite samey and lacks superior quality for a 5* hotel. The all Inc package food and drink, is on the mass, lower end. In room amenities (shower gel/ shampoo is basic). Entertainment team personality was great and all in house (again on a budget) - special mentions to the Egyptian team who brought great energy and fabulous personalities."

"We had a wonderful stay at Alma Resort. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and has so much to offer for families, but what really stood out to us was the exceptional staff and level of service throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were memorable, particularly at La Casa and Atlantis. Chef Binh, Dat, and Jack at Atlantis were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to come over personally, speak with our family, and check in to make sure we were enjoying everything. That level of hospitality and professionalism really made an impression on us. The food was also delicious and incredibly fresh, especially the seafood at Atlantis. Our entire family enjoyed our meals there so much. The guest services team (Mia) was so wonderful and helpful . She helped us throughout our stay with excursions, dinner reservations, and anything else we needed, which made our vacation very easy and relaxing. special."

"아이들이랑 같이 가기에 최고입니다. 3일 동안 All inclusive라서 지갑을 들고 다닐 필요도 없어서 편했어요. 다양한 프로그램도 많았지만 러시아 손님 위주로 진행되는 점이 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들은 무척 친절했어요. 방은 깨끗했고, 욕실 줄눈과 샴푸 병에 곰팡이가 조금 아쉬웠습니다."
