"Hotel room was spacious, has nice ocean views and the buffett

was great with lots of variety. The downfall was the service, location and the hotel is outdated. Went to the sky deck and that needed a re-vamp. Location was 40mins from city center and there are no shops or any resaturants near the hotel. You are forced to eat at the hotel and the food was basic. As for service, the staff were quick to say no before checking thing. Lack of positive atritude and a service mind."
