"Super friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the property. Knowledgeable in things to do and places to see. Food was excellent. Rooms were a good size with a large comfortable bed and nice big bathroom. Tuk tuks always nearby to take you where you need to go. Secure ATM right next door which is convenient."

"It may have been an upgraded room, but it was very spacious and allowed me to spend several days in comfort. The restaurant meals, breakfast, and coffee were all delicious, and among the many hotels I have stayed at, few have offered this level of comfort at such a reasonable price. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that sounds from the hallway carried into the room. I could hear the service bell, conversations, and footsteps outside. That said, the walls between rooms seemed thick enough, as I never heard any noise from next door. Since I spent quite a bit of time working in the room, I also noticed that the chair in the room sagged in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sit on for long periods and caused some back pain. I think the chair could use an upgrade."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Booked a double deluxe and the room was spacious with one double and also a single bed. Friendly welcome from Sam at the front desk. Also got a really relaxing Khmer massage from Cherooi at the Spa. Also allowed to chill at the pool after check out while waiting for my evening flight. That's cool!"

"Liked - cleanliness of hotel/room and service from Reception staff. Breakfast spread was good and the restaurant staff friendly. Pool area was big and had enough space for the guests to lounge around. Didn't like - the road outside and walk towards the palace and museum felt unsafe with too many vehicles. Hotel spa prices were too high so we did not use. "
