The former owner, Mr. Richard, was wonderful—he greeted guests each morning with a warm smile and engaging conversation, which truly made the stay feel personal and welcoming. Although Mr. Richard has retired, I am very pleased to see that the new owner has continued this tradition and carried on the legacy of providing an exceptional guest experience.
