"When we checked in Friday, that was the only time the pool had towels. This definitely needs to be better maintained. The elevators need to be inspected - flicker lights constantly in one, and we got stuck in the other one for 30 seconds at one point.
We did not request a handicap suite, but got one, which is fine. The room was clean and spacious. When we needed extra towels, they were brought up within 5 minutes. The breakfast spread was good, nice variety.

"Hotel room smelled like smoke, saw a bug on room ceiling. Staining like blood in the shower. Came back from concert at midnight. Nobody at front desk, rang desk bell.
