"Very clean room, quite comfortable king bed, day manager on her own moved us from upstairs room to downstairs after I told her of my wife’s health issues, very thoughtful!!"

Staff where useless and rude, no elevator so if you have mobility issues or are frail forget about it as you will have to lug bags up a turning stair case. Area around hotel had things to do but could be seedy at night. Lots of drugs. Working people are nice in Kokomo but the area has its issues "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful. The free breakfast was nothing more than a bagel a few boiled eggs. There was no condiments for the bagels and things were not replenished even for the following day. There was great space for laundry but soap was unavailable. There were no soap for dishwashing or use of the dishwasher. Management needs to ensure that the hotel is prepared with things knowing that it was a sold out weekend. "Arrived and the bed our kids were supposed to sleep on was broken and it was unusable. Refrigerator was rusted. Blinds broken in main bedroom. Flooring completely falling apart. Spider webs everywhere. Listing showed it on the lake, it was across a very busy street from the property. This listing was absolutely deceiving. Pictures from when it first opened or remodeled i would assume. Don't waste your money. There is nobody on site either to help. The manager redone quickly which...
