"I arrived at this hotel and while check in was super and easy, with a helpful member of staff on hand to support, when I got to my room I was shocked and disappointed at the state of it. A huge dehumidifier was taking up most of the empty floor space and was noisier than a pneumatic drill; clearly there had been some kind of horrific leak. The carpet was still dirty and damp, the smell was horrible and there was a used dirty bath mat on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom did appear to otherwise be clean but the overall state of the place - other than in public entrances - is in disrepair. I’d warn against staying here or check the state of the room you’ve booked before you arrive."

"I thought it would be nice to stay in the unique hotel. But when I arrived, the entrance was not appealing and once in the lobby underground, the carpets the floors, everything was nasty visibly worn. It felt like a one star motel. I was placed into a room where the towel and the grout and water rings were present and it was just completely filthy. Ivan had to go back to the desk and Request and different room where they placed me in a different room that was slightly better but still nasty carpets up and down the hallway nasty floor is nasty grout throughout the room and in the bathroom and in the shower. I slept the first night and started to feel claustrophobic as soon as I woke up and went to the desk to explain that I was starting to feel anxiety and claustrophobia that I had never experienced before. They seemed very nonchalant and told me just to go upstairs and get air if you or someone who has never slept underground before don’t stay here. Not only is it nasty but it could possibly trigger a medical scare where no one is apparently prepared to support you or help you with that process. I would not recommend this place. It was probably one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I had to leave attempted to contact Expedia to get help due to my medical trigger and I had never experienced before and so I’m warning any everyone, even if you never suffer from claustrophobia there is a high chance that you may once staying here and they will not offer your refunds."

"This hotel is particularly convenient for Euston and st pancras stations. When booked we'll in advance via hotels.com,it was marginally more expensive than the premier inns across the road. The breakfast offer was amazing catering for various nationals. I would recommend here for an overnight stop if travelling by train."

"A lovely stay for a solo girl, right in this nice location near Dury Lane and Covent Garden and of course the access to the rest of central London. The hotel has a modern clean and cool vibe. A nice bar area which is really relaxed and the rooms are modern, funky, clean and comfortable. It’s just a really nice place to stay"

"Ideally situated 10mins walk from King's Cross & St. Pancreas stations, and similar to Russell Square tube. Quiet area with a few pubs and nice shopping centre with eateries on the way to Russel Square. Easy walk to British Museum. Nice area behind King's Cross and St. Pancreas, Coal Drops Yard shopping and restaurants. Property was clean, decent size, good small kitchen. Bathroom a bit small, especially the shower cubicle, but not too big a negative for the property for the price. Nice garden area at back on a nice day. Easy check in and out. Only other negative was amount of laundry bags in the hallways. But would definitely stay again."

"You're paying for the location here and it is worth it if you're staying one night to catch a train in the morning. The bathroom was cold, grimey and had no hand towels. Beds were comfortable and clean. This room was fine for what we needed but it is very bare bones and I wouldn't recommend it for a multi night stay if you're over 25. The lounge was cute and staff were pleasant."
