"The stay wasn't bad, just disappointing. The room was old, shower didn't drain, to the point I thought it was going to flow over the basin and onto the floor. Bathroom vanity old, cabinet paint peeling off. There was about an 8 inch tear on the curtain, white paint splattered on the curtains. Balcony doors did not open. It was just worn down. "We stayed for 3 nights & everything was perfect for us. It was the closest & easiest walk to the Honda Center. We loved the pool & jacuzzi. The room had everything we needed & the ac was very cold, which we loved. The breakfast was great too with lots of seating. There is a daily parking fee, but it was worth the security to me. There is gate access and they have security monitoring the lot at night. He was so kind. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Booked 2 queen room through Expedia. We intentionally don’t book sofa bed because they are uncomfortable. We were given king and sofa bed. Called front desk and was told they were sold out. Then what is even the purpose of a reservation? Why does it matter if it was through a third party or not? It’s a reservation. Lobby has a very chemical smell. Shower was dirty. King bed, I felt every movement that my partner made. And just like I thought, sofa bed was awful. Room was otherwise clean. Asked...

"The property is nice, clean and centrally located. It was nice to have a kitchen. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast because of our schedule. It would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen. The shower head needs to be updated, but it isn't a deal breaker."
