"The staff was very polite and helpful!!! BUT....
The plastic the mattress comes in was covered with a fitted sheet so throughout the night whenever you moved the sheet would start to come off. You spend the night fixing it or sleeping on the plastic because fitted sheets don't stay on plastic.
The bathroom had a new shower curtain but a towel from a previous person was left hanging in the bathroom.The toilet seat definitely should have been replaced because it was old and discolored and...

"We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great."

"I had an issue with my stay, emailed to get assistance, was told I'd get an answer in 48 hours, then 72 hours, then it never came. Great - you got my money, but you've lost my business. Lesson learned - I stay at this hotel every year for Spring Training baseball, but I'll stay somewhere else from now on"

"Bathroom was fairly dirty with stains on the wall and a very dirty shower curtain. Also a lot of hair on the bathroom floor.
The rooms fridge had a broken leg and kept tipping forward. Was rough to deal with with a 11month old trying to stand up on it while it would tip forward. Ac controls were mostly all snapped off.
Walls had a few big sections with holes and ripped off paint spots were things were moved from with no attempt to patch or paint over. "

"The AC in these rooms got colder than any hotel I have ever slept in. I actually had to get up in the middle of the night and layer up! Pool was kept clean, there was just never any towels to use at the pool side so be prepped to bring your own- the breakfast was fantastic"
