"We stayed at National 9 for a week and I cannot say enough how wonderful the staff was. Bright, cheery, and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice, and you honestly can't beat the price. Great water pressure, too! Highly recommend. "

However, after the first night, the staff did not clean the room, make the bed, replace the towels, or restock the water and coffee. We returned late in the evening and had to go down to the reception at 9 p.m. to report all of this."

We were given a room with 2 single beds. The vending machine on the property was out of service. The lamp in the room was not properly assembled and would fall over easily. The staff was very unhelpful in our request and slightly apologetic about things. "
