"Room was dirty! The linen had not been changed prior to checking in. I requested housekeeping, i was told there was no housekeepers on duty and to bring the dirty linen to the front desk and they would give me clean linen and i would have to make my own bed. Smears on bathroom walls and mirror. Dirty bathtub. Human hair everywhere, floors bathroom, nightstand and throughout the room.
No coffee available and was told they were out of coffee. Earlier the next morning there WAS coffee. Receptionist probably didn't want to be troubled with it. Never have i ever stayed at such a disgusting place. Trash cans overflowing, trash in planters outside. A dropped hamburger right in front of the doorway.
My son, Michael Trylch paid for my room, so should I be complaining ? The answer is yes. Yes because it came out of his hard earned money. I hope you refund that hard earned money to him ! We did not deserve these deplorable conditions!
I slept in dirty sheets with only a thin blanket, no bed cover. I froze all night too cold to even get out of the bed to turn on the heater.
I sincerely hope my son gets his refund. Unfortunately, even that wouldn't make up for this horrible hospitality.

"Place was clean and good condition. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, no way to make running fan, no breakfast (could pay $14+). Was disappointed as previous experiences w hilton gardens were much better. "
"The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and even looked nice.
The HVAC worked very well for both heating and cooling, and was not too loud.
The bathroom was large and the tub and shower even had 3 different sprayers, two were handheld.
The technician was awesome, and explained the whole TV problem. And after learning we were staying there because it wasn't far from the clinic where I had received a medical procedure and needed to mostly stay off my feet for 48 hours, he got two of the ladies on staff involved to provide us the workaround, and a gift bag and offer more pillows, all of which truly helped us feel better about the whole situation, despite being without TV the first day.
Breakfast was excellent, providing hot scrambled and cold boiled eggs, hot fried potato slices, hot turkey sausage, waffles, hot oatmeal, pastries, and other traditional breakfast foods.
The hot tub was wonderful (although the pool was too cold for our enjoyment.)"
"2 forks , 2 knives, 2 plates, 2 glasses 0 spoons … no pots no pans no cups for coffee…
For extended (was there for 18 days)stay more towels etc needed unless cleaning is done each day.
Staff was extremely accommodating !!! "
