"We loved our room. The food was okay. Our problems were: 1) Some people begging for money as we were on our way to check-in. 2. On the last night of our stay, someone stole all of the hub caps stolen from our car that was parked in their camera secured garage."

"The property was convenient but the room had a musty odor and needed updating. The idea of staying on a manmade lake with amenities was appealing however everything closed early. If you made plans for the day and wanted to paddle around the lake after dinner, there was no opportunity. The staff was friendly however they were not forthcoming with information unless you asked a lot of questions. "

"Checking it was extremely difficult. I was there with our wedding party - we had about 20 rooms total. Everyone had a very difficult time checking in. It looks us an hour. And then after the long wait they tried selling everyone a timeshare. Obviously very short staffed."

We waited for about 5 minutes and started to call the support line when someone ended up coming out to help us, but it felt unorganized. "Such a great location! The room was clean and well appointed with all the basics in a small kitchen, there were even beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for us to use. Staff was friendly and accommodating!"

Did not like the open, wheel chair accesible shower and the beds were Very Low ~ hard to get into and out of!! Elevator immediately opposite our door = noisy.
