"Naples is a gritty city but this place is convenient and very clean and the staff are great! There's a grocery store below and it's just a few blocks walk from the central train station, and 15 mins by taxi to the airport. There's a ton of food options and restaurants in the area around the train station."

"Giangi was a great host. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The only downside is that it is difficult to find based on the street number, A bit challenging to enter, And being on the second floor required four flights of historic stairs. Otherwise, a very charming experience for our first night in Naples. "

"The views are spectacular. The personnel very kind with limited english. The fact that I traveled with grown kids and only one key is provided and one has to climb 80 something steps up and down to open the door for them to come in the hotel is interesting. "Truly the most incredible service. They gave recommendations for food right when we got there and on our last day when the ferry was canceled assisted with helping me find other transportation. Best breakfast of my life. We were celebrating my 30th birthday and they brought me a candle!! The shower was the shower of my dreams. I would recommend this place to anyone! "

"This hotel is located on the 4th floor of an older building in a very busy, noisy neighborhood. Nevertheless, it is convenient and there are numerous restaurants nearby. The lobby, rooms and bathrooms are quite nice and at a 5 star level. But the building is old, the elevator is old and tiny. The highlight is the rooftop terrace which was terrific!"

"WIthout wanting to give a bad review as the man is helpful and friendly and a great guy, the fact it is called B&B Miralia with no breakfast is misleading. Be prepared to share a bathroom although we had our own toilet. I forgot to bring our extension cable and tehre was just one plug in our room. However, you are in the heart of Naples so dont expect 4 star. The location is fantastic and having stayed in Naples a few times, this location was by far the best. "

"Where should I begin.For whatever reason you have to go to another location do the whole check in yourself on an iPad. Our stay was very close to the station, picked it especially as it’s hard for my mom to walk long distances.Then I find out that we first have to go to the check in location and not our actual stay location(which is more than 2km away).But I have to say thank you to the person who was kind enough to ask the driver to drive us to our location that was very pleasant.Although what...

"We had a great stay. The property is easy to find, just a short walk from where the airport bus stops at the port. Despite it being very late, check in was simple with WhatsApp messages advising how to gain entry. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept extremely well. We had a minor hiccup when we weren't left towels on one occasion but it was very quickly rectified. "Loved opening the curtains in the morning to see a cruise ship outside. The location is very good with trips to the islands practically on the doorstep. Also the new metro entrance at the front takes away the stress of trying to cross a very busy road! This was not our first stay there and I hope to return again soon."

"**Perfect Location and Exceptional Service** We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. It was centrally located, just steps away from shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We easily did day trips to other nearby towns, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by arranging a fantastic and affordable tour of the Amalfi Coast for us, which was a highlight of our trip. The restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming, even remembering us each day, which made our stay feel special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! "

"The staff was very friendly and always able to help us. We appreciated that they provided us with a continental breakfast and lunch for free as we were leaving for an expeditition very early in the morning. We found that the transportions from and around the hotel was very expensive. Overall, we liked our stay. The breakfasts were always very good. "
