"Loved opening the curtains in the morning to see a cruise ship outside. The location is very good with trips to the islands practically on the doorstep. Also the new metro entrance at the front takes away the stress of trying to cross a very busy road! This was not our first stay there and I hope to return again soon."

"Note that you are not staying at the actual hotel, but at the apartments a few yards away. This means that there is no staff on site and you will not have access to the hotel amenities. The studio was clean and comfortable but somewhat outdated. The bathroom shower door was barely hanging on and the toilet seat was loose. Aside from that, the views are incredible and the town is a short walk away. The room suited our needs for a short stay. "

"Positives: nice staff, working shower, shuttle to train station. Negatives: if you’d like to stay in a big shed this is the one to book for you, if not I would advise you avoid. We knew it was going to be basic but the rooms lack everything - no hand soap, no kettle, no clean bedding. The aircon didn’t work until we requested it to be put on. "The room was spacious and comfortable, shower was great. It was a little noisy from inside the room, we could hear the other rooms bathroom (shower, toilet noise) and the reception phone ringing. The service from the staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but often ran out of some things and not much hot selection. Overall we enjoyed the hotel, comfortable room, great pool area and helpful staff 😄"

"Wow. We had booked a much more $$$$ room in a different hotel but the reviews for Palazzo M were so good l, we thought we’d take a chance. "The hotel is very quaint and the view is magnificent. Our room was fantastic however we had a leak in the bedroom but the staff was very helpful and we were able to move our bed into the sitting area, which was totally fine. Our veranda was magnificent. Definitely hire the helpers to bring your luggage up from the ferry if you take the ferry. "Hotel Biffy is a beautiful property. The rooms are nice. The staff are professionaly, courteous, helpful and most speak English. On the flip side, Hotel Biffy is primarily a function venue. I stayed for 8 nights. Of those, there were events 4 of the 8 nights. 2 went well past midnight. 2 went until 2AM. There is no soundproofing for the rooms. "**Perfect Location and Exceptional Service** We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. It was centrally located, just steps away from shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We easily did day trips to other nearby towns, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by arranging a fantastic and affordable tour of the Amalfi Coast for us, which was a highlight of our trip. The restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming, even remembering us each day, which made our stay feel special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! "

"The staff was very friendly and always able to help us. We appreciated that they provided us with a continental breakfast and lunch for free as we were leaving for an expeditition very early in the morning. We found that the transportions from and around the hotel was very expensive. Overall, we liked our stay. The breakfasts were always very good. "
