"The property is gorgeous, the staff was very attentive and all the requests were promptly addressed.
The room was big and clean but they don’t have AC. During the day can get warm but overnight there were no issues.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.
Overall we highly recommend this property. "

"Perfectly located this hotel offers alot for the price- great concierge assistance, the front desk could not have been more helpful, morning breakfast was well done (pressed cloth napkins, fresh squeezed orange juice), the room itself was spacious, living area and separate bedroom, great closet, the bathroom beautifully appointed, contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"B&B-Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio is a wonderful hotel. It is pretty reasonable. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is clean and quiet although it is in a busy area. You can basically walk to everywhere, close to the Uffizi museum, Duomo, and other tourist attractions. The hotel offers good and delightful breakfast. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby and it is in safe neighborhood. I would stay at this hotel again. "
"It was the last city and the Hotel Caravaggio was a great place to slow down and end our trip. The hotel lobby and garden was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast also had a beautiful indoor/outdoor option, and the food/service was great. We also had an astonishing view, with the Duomo in the distance. A quiet retreat front the tourist area. The room was small and a little hard to maneuver with 3 people, and the Bathroom could use some more shelving to hold 3 people’s toiletries. I took...
"The hotel is convenient to the important sites, since it is located about a block and a half from the Duomo. Driving and parking is a struggle in that area but the hotel staff provided a convenient work-around that made things much easier. In this and many other things the staff were very helpful. "
