"Pros: Room was clean and staff was very welcoming. Cons: Manager was not accommodating at all. Communication about the trip was poor. If you want to get real info from this place, you must dig and find their local number or you will not get correct info and the manager will not approve any credits for downgrades due to incorrect info. The place is dated with some remodels. In our room, bathroom was updated but the door veneer was peeling off. The door frame of our main door was broken so...

"The overall vibe of this hotel is rundown. The TV had issues that the owner and husband had to come fix. When I left for breakfast in the morning and returned, my key card wouldn’t let me in. The furniture had broken handles. I was underwhelmed by it all."

"Housekeeper was the loveliest person, I had such pleasant interactions with her both days I was there. It was my first time staying at this hotel but she made me feel like I was a regular, like I was family. That really made the stay special. Beachfront view was magical."

"When I checked in the staff was gone for the day and left my room key at the office mailbox. The room smelled overpoweringly of cleaning supplies and the smoke detector was chirping every minute. The property issued a refund, which I will give them credit for, but the room smelled too powerfully to stay there. Might be a better property during the tourist season when more people are staying there."

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."
