This place was incredibly clean! Brazil is already very clean, but this place is perfect for anyone with OCD. They are constantly cleaning and it's really spotless. The food was also amazingly good, with good portion sizes, despite the high prices. We were truly impressed by the quality. In addition to that, the property itself is huge, with so much to do, to see and to experience. Truly outstanding. Unfortunately, we were frustrated by the reception staff and their inability to agree on things. Each person would say a different thing and they were definitely not able to own and solve our issues. In particular, even though they confirmed that there was a free laundry service, we were unable get anything washed because the receptionist had a different opinion on the matter... They also don't even have a working phone (apparently the owner doesn't care about fixing it) so you can call them all day and no one answers. And their availability on online platforms is not representative of their actual room availability... The only way to reach out is by WhatsApp text (not even call!), but with a number that's not the one you find on the internet (the right one ends with 4199). We also had issues with the payment and some nonsensical decisions they made. Overall, if you're lucky to avoid these issues, this place is truly exceptional.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I arrived late and Johnathon was extremely helpful and even made me a sandwich and snacks. The property is vast and beautiful with some on property wildlife and a brook. Beautiful!

Atendimento excelente, contando com a natureza.

Atendimento ótimo, muito atencioso, gentil, educado, eficiente. Quartos espaço ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom. Espaço como a natureza e os animais ,muito relaxante. Somente dois pontos desfavoráveis o ar condicionado barulhento e não ter canais de TV á cabo.

Piscina não estava funcionando, interfone quebrado, e poucos funcionários. Tive problemas para entrar, para sair do hotel e a piscina que seria um diferencial não estava funcionando. Outro ponto deixei para incluir uma pessoa lá, e a estadia da pessoa ficou mais cara que a minha. Desculpa o local é bonito, mas com esses problemas não vale os valores que eu paguei...

Estadia boa, porém, o local é muito distante do Aeroporto, o que contraria o que diz na descrição. Até a Uber que nos deixou lá no dia, achou que estava no caminho errado por ser tão escondido e longe. Muito distante, e parece ser perigoso demais pra quem for à noite. Quarto bom. Café da manhã simples, talvez poderia ter mais coisas por ser um lugar rodeado de plantações. Funcionários respeitosos.
