"The facility is pretty new and very clean. Initially, we thought this would be a really nice place to stay. However, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There were constant pounding noises above us all night long (we were on the 2nd floor) and the clerk at the front desk, simply said it’s like that in all the rooms. We had to wait at the front desk for over 15 minutes for someone to show up to help us. There are no hair dryers in the room and when I asked for one at the front desk, they said they would try to find one for us, but never did."

"They require an extra $150. fee to cover for a person tearing up the room that they will give back only after they have had a thorough inspection after you check out. Poor tasting small breakfast selection! Tiny room bathroom. Our room had Vinyl flooring only throughout; no carpet! Would not recommend!"

"The hotel is somewhat outdated 70’s - 80’s era could use a makeover. The staff is incredible and definitely the strong point of the hotel. Location is great, Greenville is on the rise very safe and clean lots of great businesses retail and restaurant. I once felt this way about Asheville but it lost its charm well before the big storm, hope Greenville stays the course it’s on."

"No milk at breakfast. I wanted to confirm my method of payment at check out and was told “drop the keys here”. I repeated my request and was told the last 4 digits. I asked to confirm if I prepaid and was told “your card is pre authorized”. I just wanted to switch my credit card but desk staff didn’t want to deal with my request. No receipt was offered either. Also very loud morning staff that would congregate in the hall at 7:30 am. "
