Nosso quarto ficava debaixo do restaurante e as 6 h começava o arrastar de cadeira e mesas na nossa cabeça. Sem chance de continuar a dormir. Nossa janela com vista para paredes . Teve um dia que o manobrista mandou colocar o carro na rua porque o estacionamento estava cheio, mentira , vimos um monte de vagas . Fomos jantar um dia no hotel . Espaguete à bolonhesa horrível, parecia uma sopa .

Hotel fraco

Atendentes da recepção atenciosos. Bom café da manhã. Fiquei hospedada no quarto em frente à rua, tem um bar em frente ao hotel que faz muito barulho, inclusive de madrugada, o que incomoda bastante. Quarto com poucos móveis, não tem uma mesa auxiliar ao lado das camas, e no quarto triplo não tem espaço suficiente para as malas dos hóspedes. A água quente acabou em dois dias durante a hospedagem. Alegaram que o hotel estava cheio, por isso a água acabou. Então não tem estrutura para sua capacidade máxima. Hotel muito simples!!!

Hotel caro com estrutura e atendimento ruins.

Fiquei hospedado no Ouro Minas Plaza Hotel em Aparecida e a experiência foi muito abaixo do prometido. As toalhas e cobertores estavam em péssimo estado, sujos, com mau cheiro e em quantidade insuficiente. Um dos quartos não tinha chuveiro quente, mesmo com clima frio. O elevador único era tão lento que precisei usar as escadas do 6º andar. Havia um barulho insuportável do exaustor da cozinha até as 21h, em cima do nosso quarto, e o barulho da Dutra era constante, já que a porta de vidro não vedava nada, tornando impossível dormir bem. A pia do banheiro estava entupida, a janela não abria e o estacionamento era desorganizado: meu carro foi movido para outra garagem sem aviso, em dia de chuva. O Wi-Fi não funcionava, funcionários arrumavam quartos até tarde da noite e de madrugada, gerando mais barulho. O frigobar estava completamente vazio, sem nem uma garrafa de água, e no café da manhã também não havia água disponível, tivemos que comprar fora. Paguei caro esperando conforto, mas recebi um serviço muito inferior, com falhas graves já relatadas em avaliações anteriores. Solicito que a plataforma considere reembolso parcial, pois a estadia não condiz com o valor pago.

Passamos uma noite nesse hotel para visitar o Santuário. Pedi para fazer check out ás 14h, que deveria ter sido feito ao meio-dia, e me consentiram sem problema. Atendimento de primeira com um café da manhã muito bom.

O Hotel é bem arejado. A limpeza do quarto e banheiro muito boa. Café da manhã muito bom. O atendimento dos funcionários excelente. Achei o quarto bem frio e não consegui aquecer usando o ar condicionado. Senti falta da ducha higiênica e achei a torneira da pia do banheiro leva a desperdício de água. No geral gostei muito da estadia.

Estava no quarto e o chuveiro não estava esquentando, e o dia estava bem frio e eu estava com uma criança. Fui mudado de quarto no outro dia apenas por insistência nossa e nos colocaram em outro quarto e estava funcionando bem o chuveiro em um dia e no outro já não estava funcionando novamente. Ou seja praticamente não deu para tomar banho.
