Precisava ter chuveirinho nos banheiros.

Não tinha chuveirinho no banheiro, algo que acho bastante anti higiênico. Sem garagem também. Porém, assumo: boa localização.

Ótimo, tudo muito bom

Ficamos apenas 1 dia, mas tudo que tivemos acesso foi muito bem preparado, quarto limpo e organizado, toalhas cheirosas e muito limpas, camas e travesseiros confortáveis e o chuveiro INCRÍVEL. Os atendentes muito simpáticos e solícitos, o café da manhã muito bem servido e com várias opções. Recomendo muito o hotel, retornado a casa da Mãe, certamente o escolherei para ficar.

Deixou a desejar!

Não poderia esperar grande estadia de um hotel de baixo custo, mas tem coisas que não precisam de luxo ou dinheiro para fornecer, como a educação dos atendentes! Fomos muito mal recebidos pelo rapaz da recepção. O hotel não disponibiliza estacionamento (estava na descrição do mesmo). Os lençóis e fronhas estavam sujos quando chegamos, o banheiro também! O box do banheiro não fechava por completo, o que fez molhar todo o banheiro. A ducha é muito boa, não tenho como falar mal. O café da manhã também surpreendeu, básico mas muito bem servido. Conclusão, espero não precisar voltar a me hospedar nele!

Melhor hotel que já fiquei em Aparecida, quarto com ar condicionado, escuro a noite, chuveiro maravilhoso. Moço da recepcao a noite um amor, super educado e solocito. Cafe da manhã simples mais muito gostoso, café quente. Enfim amei a estadia e voltarei.

Atendimento da recepção PÉSSIMO, cuidado pois tentaram me cobrar duas vezes, já havia pago pelo site, não há estacionamento, ar condicionado estragado, ventilador de teto estava a ponto de cair, enfim, horrível, não recomendo.

Hotel péssimo!

Check in: todo feito de forma manual O problema não são os funcionários, o problema é que o hotel não dá a estrutura mínima para praia os funcionários trabalharem. Quando chegamos as toalhas estavam sujas e rasgadas. Pedimos para trocar e não tinha toalhas novas e o funcionário disse que não tinha como sair da recepção pois estava a sozinho.. Os travesseiros estavam com com as fronhas encardidas, chegava a ser nojento. A limpeza do quarto e do banheiro é precária. O chuveiro vaza água pra todos lado. Quando acabei de tomar banho, aparte de fora do box estava alagada. O quarto não tinha cortina. A luz entra forte e bem cedo. Os colchões são horríveis Tem uma obra bem ao lado do hotel, onde noa se respeita as leis. Ele começa a bater e fazer barulho as 6h da manhã. O café da manhã é bem simples e fraco. O hotel informa que possui estacionamento, mas quando chega lá, dizem que não tem e que não podem fazer nada. Não recomendo. Um momento de descanso e lazer vai se transformar em um momento de dor.de.cabeça.
