"Vraiment un grand luxe d'avoir le parc de la Mauricie à 8 minutes en auto. Le petit chalet a tout le nécessaire pour être bien pour un petit séjour: la cuisine est bien équipée, et l'espace feu est vraiment un grand plus en hiver. Tout était parfaitement propre. J'aurais pris un peu plus de produits dans la salle de bain et malheureusement l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas bien dans la douche (mais on nous a dit que ça devait être réparé dans la semaine). Il faut savoir que les autres chalets...

"Clean comfortable and quiet with very helpful and friendly staff. They were new managers but tried their best to steer us to local sights. Paid hot breakfast eggs sausage bagels and more available for $8+tax. Recommended. Also, close to Cavendish Beach, Anne of Green Gables center and walking distance to The Lost Anchor for excellent fish n chips. The house itself has close ties to LMM's story. Recommend highly."

"It was -12 on Portage Lake and we cranked the heat pump up to 75. The Birds Nest cabin needs another heat source. Upstairs was cold when we got back at 10:30 pm after leaving the heat on all day in the cabin.The two full size beds that are pictured is one that’s on the bottom of a metal bunk bed frame and the other is upstairs where the roof is pitched so one side has no head room to accommodate two grown adults.New owners shut the water off for the winter. Didn’t know that until the day we left...

"As soon as I walk in, I realize I can eat off this floor right now. That's how clean this place is. And I was like, d*** this place. This place smells so good. Holy man, look how bougie this place is man. All the lights have dimmer switches. The view is amazing Love the hot tub, but the black flies were brutal. They'll get you.\n But had a wonderful stay and will be back. The black won't bother you after Like 9 or 10 o'clock. And iwas like damn look at the shower head that's crazy."
