The staff was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants, shuttle service (the Fairview shuttle service leaves right from the hotel and the public bus to Lake Louise is across the street, best deal at $2 each way). The restaurants were excellent, so appreciated the available of laundry facilities and there was even free put put golf and bike rentals from the hotel. This is a top service hotel."
