"Clean room, friendly staff and laundry on site. Very quiet place. Elevator had warning signs posted but worked well for us. Breakfast was ok but could have added varieties such as bacon, sausages etc. Gym also on site with weights but didn’t have time to use it. Overall convenient, quiet place with friendly staff."

"We had a wonderful time at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort with our kids. The hot springs themselves were great, and the resort only pool was nice when times were busy at the main pool or in the evenings. The restaurants were good, decent selection of options. Drinks were a little pricey. The resort itself needs some updating overall. A better coffee shop/cafe with more fresh options. While we enjoyed the rustic feel of the rooms, and the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Everything looked original, and the Shower heads and faucets definitely need replacing, along with the tubs and tile. We had a room facing the pool that opened up to the grass area and this was perfect for families with kids. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again."

"Un lugar muy cómodo y con todos los servicios. Ha sido el mejor lugar que he encontrado en lo relativo a la relación calidad precio.Duchas y baños compartidos, pero limpios y suficientes. La cocina y el comedor son amplios y con todo lo necesario. Lo único que echamos en falta era el aire acondicionado o un ventilador en nuestra habitación, por lo demás, perfecto 👌☺️👍"

"Rod & Christine were excellent hosts. Everything was in readiness before we arrived (a bit early even). The bed was really comfortable and even without air conditioning, the room was pleasantly cool. Nice shower, hot water almost immediately. We requested a card table to play games in the evening and they produced one right away. The grounds are beautifully kept. The beach is just a block away. Lots of little touches were evidence of thoughtful preparation. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. "
