"Cabanas all have beautiful ocean views. Located on two beaches, one nice for swimming and the other for long walks. Meals were good. Some staff had limited English skills and our Spanish is elementary leading to a mixup in a dinner order. The ecohabs are poorly lit so nighttime reading was a stretch. Beautiful park. This is probably the nicest place to stay in the park."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff at the pool and restaurant were amazing—very friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Kenzo for his excellent customer service and attention to guests. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!"

"Very noisy place, impossible to sleep. This is not a lodge in a park but a truck highway. Very slow staff, one our to get a breakfast! No bell available to move our suitcases (one left, the other doesn't come to work). Very expensive and very user unfriendly place. Parking available but not signaled "

"The hotel and the rooms are very beautiful, and it’s a great place for a relaxing “beach and pool” vacation. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was very nice. The cleanliness was reasonable, but we had to ask several times before the room was properly cleaned. The food is average. The breakfast is quite basic and the prices are high. The same applies to most food products in the area. If you plan to cook during your stay, it’s recommended to bring groceries from the city in advance."
