"They charge for cleaning the place before you get there which I believe is not the guess responsibility. the bathroom sink was in a very bad condition had water leak. The stove look very old and burn , it smells like humid and it’s very small place i personally don’t like it and won’t definitely rent it again "

"I arrived late at night and the gentlemen at the desk was cheerful, helpful and friendly (just what is needed after a long wet drive). I had to leave early in the morning unfortunately but had time for breakfast and this was great. The people in the dining room acted like their colleague the night before (exemplary). When i next first Santiago i will definitely be staying here. A1"

"What a fantastic way to kick off our 10 day trip to the Dominican Republic! The AC Hotel in Santiago truly sets the tone for a memorable stay. From our room, we had stunning views of the iconic Monumento a los Héroes de la Restauración a sight that immediately made us feel like we had arrived in the heart of the DR. The rooftop restaurant and pool only added to that feeling, offering panoramic views, stylish design, and a vibrant yet relaxed vibe. The amenities were excellent modern, clean, and easily accessible. The gym is a standout: well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, and with more of those incredible views. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location couldn’t be better. We were within easy walking distance to great local restaurants, bars, and of course, just a short stroll to the Monumento where we enjoyed a cold Presidente and soaked in the culture. This hotel blends comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury with a strong sense of place. Highly recommended for anyone starting their journey in Santiago!"
