Brandon, our Butler, was fabulous. Both Brandon and Jose the Pool Concierge went out of their way to make my husbands birthday very special. Brandon took care of everything we needed and checked in with us daily to make sure we were okay. The staff at this resort is outstanding. Very friendly staff! Buffet food was not great, but the reservation restaurants for dinner were awesome. Air conditioner did not keep up so we just walked around naked and was fine 😉 If you are travelling as a couple, Beso adult only section was worth the extra money. Adult only pool and gives you another restaurant option. Beach was unusable due to seaweed, not resorts fault.
