"Great food but smell in the Krystal restaurant and the 24 Lounge very acrid and off putting. Smelled like melted plastic. Could go in those areas."

"This property was an older property but still very well maintained. The staff was very accommodating extermely friendy. We went for 5 nights and had a few days of rain, but the staff was trying hard to entertain the quests on those rainey days. The pools were well maintained with very friendly bartenders. I thought the food was good but not great, I will never stay here again because of the beach. the seaaweed took over the water and the beach. The water looked like brown sludge. I am really not a beach person but if you are going to Cancun you want to see beautiful water even if you don't want to get in it. My husband and I do like to walk the beach but that was inpossible because of the seaweed problem and the smell was kind of bad also."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice with great views, and cleaning staff very good. Pools maintained and beach very accessible. All inclusive means ALL inclusive here. Food was very good and accessible. Close to other attractions if you want to explore. Safe and secure, and you don't have to worry about leaving your things unattended at the pool. Great for adults and kids alike. I honestly can't think of a single thing that I disliked. 10/10 score! Absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to relax!"

"We recently stayed at newly renovated Paradisus Cancun and loved it! It a is a family friendly resort with amazing food and great service. The food was a highlight of the trip — every restaurant we tried offered fresh, beautifully prepared dishes, and there was enough variety. The tacos at Blue Agave were top quality. Our server Atilano and Manager Nathanael were very attentive . The food from Chef Regina was amazing. We had great seafood at Agua Marina had fresh sushi at Kao. We can’t forget about our barista Alejandro who was very helpful in preparing our lattes daily and was always so friendly. Service was excellent across the board. Staff were warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to make our stay special. We had a child’s birthday in our group and they went out of their way to celebrate him at the kid’s club, dinner, and delivering a special gift to his room. The kid’s favorite was the kids club. The have drop off hours and family hours. We usually don’t leave our kids at the kids club in resorts but this one was different. You can keep an eye on them from the outside and the staff make you feel comfortable . In specific Frida, Mafer, Evelyn , Brenda, Maylin, Gypsy, and Asalia . They took the time to get to know each child and had a schedule with different games, crafts, and active play, so the kids were never bored. Highly recommend for families!"
