Great experience, great staff, you’ll have a lot of fun, most excursions will come pick you up from the hotel, only bad part is the food, I recommend going somewhere else for dinner.

The buffet was super good! There was always plenty of food at each meal time. Preferred the buffet over the restaurants tbh. Went for a couple trip and it was so fun i enjoyed it and was also able to relax. The activities they hosted were impressive. Clean room and building overall. 10/10 recommend for a first time all inclusive experience

Just back from an awesome trip to the Hotel Riu Ventura in Cancun, and it was perfect! The resort is super clean everywhere, rooms, pools, beach, all spotless and fresh. The staff was outstanding: friendly, helpful, and always smiling, best service we’ve had at an all-inclusive. Food was surprisingly great too, variety in the buffet, tasty specialty spots, and everything fresh and flavorful. Beautiful beach, relaxing pools, and great value. Highly recommend, can’t wait to return! 🌴🍹☀️

My room was immaculate, I was upset because it was after 3 and my room still wasn’t ready but when I got to it, it was worth the wait. We celebrated our honeymoon, and the staff decorated our room it was very nice we will return.

A decent property, that is brand new and very clean. We had a decent day here, even though most people in my group got sick from what is likely the buffet. The beach is all right. The waves are a little frequent and there was always a red flag on part of the beach, which is why we recommend going to Riu Caribe for beach. I think more of the pools should be heate, especially that level six pool and oceanfront pool. Staff was very friendly and quick to help. Beautiful location.
