I would strongly advise against returning to SEADUST Cancún.
The experience my wife and I, along with our five-year-old daughter, endured was utterly unpleasant. Upon our arrival and entering our room, we immediately noticed an unusually high temperature. I adjusted the thermostat to a cooler setting, but after several hours, the room remained undisturbed. I contacted the front desk to request a technician to inspect the air conditioning system, but the representative informed me that the issue was widespread and that most rooms were affected.
Throughout our four-night stay, we endured constant sweating throughout the day and night, which resulted in significant discomfort and sleep deprivation. Additionally, our room was infested with roaches, extending from the bathroom to the bed. The pools were not adequately maintained, and the water in the main pool was noticeably yellow. Furthermore, the beach behind the resort was littered with seaweed, rendering it unsafe for swimming.
While I typically refrain from writing negative reviews, this experience stands out as the most disappointing hotel encounter we have ever had. Therefore, I strongly recommend avoiding SEADUST Cancún altogether, as you may encounter similar issues.
