El resort es pequeño en comparación con los demás del área, pero es perfecto para unas vacaciones relajadas en familia, no tienes que caminar mucho para llegar a los restaurantes o las piscinas, todo esta alrededor del lobby. La comida es muy variada y deliciosa, pudimos probar todos los restaurantes durante nuestra estadía y no tenemos ninguna queja. Tiene piscinas y toboganes para niños de todas las edades, con un salvavidas siempre supervisando. Todo el personal es muy atento y servicial, desde los que te reciben a tu llegada, los meseros, bartenders, animadores, spa... todos! Sin duda alguna regresariamos!

I experienced severe food poisoning at the resort and 5 days later I still until this day have severe food poisoning. There was also a tropical storm throughout my stay that also ruined my vacation.

We had reserved a beach front room and we got a bay view room that had a side window that has a beach view. The front desk said it has a beach front view..WTH????? So we stuck with it. We didn't have that ruin our vaca. Our room had a king size bed and a sofabed. My complaint about the room is that they don't put enough bottled water. I think they would only stock it 4. As a foreigner, you know you have to drink bottled water if you don't want to get sick. We got more water from the bar when we would go back to our room. Bars were great. Restaurants were good, but I just wished they would turn the AC cooler. After being outside in the humid sun, you would like the restaurant to be cooler, rather than just not hot. I think there are 5 restaurants, 2 are only open for breakfast buffets. They have a food stand by the 2 pools. The hotdogs/ burgers were not good. It didnt taste like real meat, but the street tacos were great. They only had Dos X as tap bears. The best mix drink is the mango margaritas. They have 2 kid pools that has slides. My older son said the pool with the bigger slides is grimy, so they onlly went there once.. Beach was great, they had a bar and taco stand there. Beach chairs was always available, but they do need more umbrellas or shade. You would need to get there early to get a chair that had shade. Beach current is strong and some parts are rocky for your feet. Overall the experience is good. Staff were friendly.

My sister recommended this hotel and we were glad we also stayed at Wyndham Alltra! I have listed the pros and cons to be specific. Pros: Cleanliness for both our room and facilities Friendly staff Food was excellent - They have 3 ala carte restaurants for dinner that offer Italian, Mexican cuisines. Two restos offer buffet Walking distance to all restaurants and facilities Cons: Selected food was not part of all inclusive package such as seafoods at Azul, flavoured ice cream at Cravings (only vanilla and chocolate have no charge). They also charge when you order whole coconut and pineapple with decorations. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend 🙂
