"The staff was very nice and helpful. Room however was awful. There was mold, covered in ants and other insects. Had issues with the AC, water was turned off twice, and there was a flood under the sink. Very outdated and did not feel very clean. The only good thing about this resort was the friendly staff and the pool area was pretty, don’t waste your money here. I was quite disappointed."

"Please note, the 3 bedroom villa with pool is not located in the resort complex. It is a short walk away and is a standalone property. This was not what we wanted and not how the photos portrayed so the staff offfered us an alternative - a 2 bedroom villa inside Arya Villa. We loved this villa. The staff are excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. There is a shuttle bus to take you into Ubud - which takes around 30 mins due to traffic. The food and drinks at the restaurant were so good. The gardens so lush. There is a supermarket a 10 min walk away. If you like tranquility, I would certainly recommend the 2 bedroom villa with private pool. This is a quiet, rural area so might not suit someone who likes markets, restaurants and shopping. "

"The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. Overall disappointment. Would not be back!"

"Wow what an amazing hotel. The staff was so great, the room was amazing beautiful. I would live here if I could. The spa connected was great for steam room, saunas, cold plunge and the pools. The room with the paddy view was the best thing I experienced. The hospitality was soo good. Location is great as well I loved my stay I didn’t leave the hotel for 2 days just staying on site and enjoying."
