"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt centric. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Customer service exceeded expectations. Breakfast had a massive variety. The small breakout area near the reception makes noodles and has a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Recommend without reservation"

"The stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and supportive. The pool and facilities were good. One area for improvement is probably the AC in the room. It could have been a bit more cold to make the sleep better."
