Hotel simples, mas tem a cama confortável e o café da manhã é bom, compatível com o hotel. Os funcionários são muito solícitos e simpáticos. Estive lá entre os dias 31 de julho e 3 de agosto, estava bem frio (entre 12° e 2°), não tem ar-condicionado e, com a temperatura que estava fazendo, realmente não precisou. Mas imagino que no verão seria interessante ter ar refrigerado. As roupas de cama estavam limpinhas e cheirosas. Eu estava de carro e não tive dificuldades para chegar ou sair do hotel, nem para conhecer a cidade e arredores. Mas se vc estiver sem carro pode ser que precise de táxi ou uber para ir ao centro de canela, o hotel não fica tão próximo de lá, tem que caminhar um pouco. Enfim, para mim foi um ótimo custo-beneficio, tudo dentro do esperado para um hotel com diárias bem acessíveis.
