Amei o hotel!

O local é lindo! Ficamos somente um dia, mas experimentamos uma deliciosa sopa de capeletti no restaurante do hotel e um café delicioso olhando para a serra! Sem falar da moça da recepção super simpática, cama confortável, quarto limpinho e chocolatinhos como mimo de boas-vindas!

Muito bom para crianças

Para viagens com crianças pequenas, como era meu caso, é um excelente hotel, tem muitas opções dentro e na parte externa. O hotel é enorme e tem muitas partes desativadas e que precisariam de reforma, nada que prejudicasse a estadia. O café da manhã é bom.

Hotel está defasado

O Hotel Laje de Pedra vive do seu grandioso passado. Na estadia desse final de semana, constatei que deixa muito a desejar em termos de limpeza e manutenção do quarto e extensão do sinal de Wi-fi para os quartos dos andares superiores. O quarto em que eu e minha família ficamos tinha as janelas cobertas de resíduos de galhos e restos de insetos, uma das paredes com infiltração e a descarga do vaso sanitário com problemas. Além disso, nenhum dos membros da família conseguiu conectar o sinal do Wi-fi no 4º andar do Hotel. Faço tais registros porque o Laje de Pedra é um empreendimento tradicional de Canela e com muita história. Uma pena que hoje esteja dessa forma.

Hotel bom

boa, porém tivemos o inconveniente de logo na chegada fomos nós deitar para descansar da viagem e havia duas arranhas grandes em nossa cama, ao ligar para recepção os mesmos prontamente mandaram duas camareiras para matar e olhar o quarto, mas dormimos inseguros, olhando nossa filha de 3 anos seguida pela noite e o hotel em momento nem um nos propôs a troca de quarto, apenas nos deixaram um vidro de veneno causo tivesse outro inconveniente. No mais o hotel é ótimo, café bom e lugar com linda paisagem.

Hotel fantasma

A localização do hotel é maravilhosa. A vista panorâmica é única. Mas deixa a desejar em vários oitros aspectos. O hotel está praticamente abandonado. Parte do hotel está desativada há nais de 5 anos. A manutenção básica da área externa deixa a desejar.Parece um hotel fantasma. Uma pena, porque os funcionários se eforçam para nos atender a melhor forma, mas as instalações deixam muito a desejar. As fotos do site hotels.com são antigas e mostram um hotel novo, cuidado, quando na verdade está tudo velho, antiquado e decadente.

Lugar excelente para todos os gostos.

Melhor hotel onde já me hospedei. Grande espaço para as crianças brincarem. Também amplo espaco para convivência. Funcionários gentis e café da manhã excelente. A vista para o Vale do Quilombo é espetacular.

Familiar tranquilo divide só 3x e água comprada

Hotel bem legal e tranquilo pra família, funcionários atenciosos. No check-in só consegui dividir em 3 vezes, se quiser dividir em mais tente pagamento no site. Sobre a água potável para beber, só é disponibilizada no frigobar comprando e no café da manhã, tem dois aspectos o financeiro e o ambiental (pois utiliza muito plástico, fora energia/petróleo gasto no transporte), sugiro ao hotel disponibilizar bebedouros aos hóspedes como uma economia e postura sustentável.

Ótimo para ir com crianças

O hotel está todo reformado e a área de atividades infantis é enorme e conta sempre com monitores bem atenciosos com as crianças. As piscinas externa e interna (aquecida) também garantem o uso com qualquer clima.

Hotel bem ruim!

Uma decadência esse hotel! Uma lástima aquela área com vista para o vale tão mal aproveitada. Carpete velho, decoração nem se fala! Sem nenhum serviço de comes e bebes ao hóspede que quer ficar ali apreciando a vista num por do sol. Café da manhã com fila de espera e uma recepcionista bem grossa, péssimo logo de manhã alguém gritando do seu lado chamando as pessoas.
