O quarto deixou a desejar nos detalhes. Banheiro com janela mal pintada, paredes do quarto com peças quebradas ou fora do lugar. Bom hotel, mas tem que cuidar também dos detalhes.

Very good hotel
It was very good. Breakfast was super delicious. Unfortunately because pandemic it was no possible to use swimming pool. It was very clean and staff very friendly.

Fomos realocados para um Sky de Gramado que não havia piscina, e como o de Canela (que não abriu no feriadão) tinha piscina, solicitei que nos alocassem em outro hotel com piscina. E fomos atendidos. Nos receberam no Sky Premium, que eu já conhecia de outro passeio. Todos muito atenciosos.

Nossa estadia era em uma cabana, que ao entrar sentimos cheiro forte de mofo, sem falar nas luzes queimadas, e internet nao funcionava, reclamamos a recepcao e nos trocaram p um quarto inferior, tinha banheira igual a cabana porem sem a lareira, e ao entrarmos no quarto vi que tbm nao funcionava a internet, passamos 3 dias sem sinal, gasntando com recarga de celular p poder ytilizar internet, foi novamente falado ao atendente mas nao resolveram
