Hotel was “okay”it’s an older hotel with its age showing. Dirty carpet along hallways, lobby is tired and dark. Rooms were a good size with comfortable pillows and bed. Bathroom was tiny. Worst part of our stay was the noise from The hallways and other rooms. Can hear people on the phone from arrows the hall with door closed.

Honestly, the stay was decent, but the restaurant attached to the hotel was very disorganized. My meal was prepared wrong, I ordered the cheesecake to go and was served to stay. Cheesecake was runny like soup. Not the quality I would expect from a fine dining restaurant. Staff were all new and inexperienced, which, fair, it’s a tourist town, but someone should know what they’re doing in there!

Good location, convenient for Banff 20mins away. Very easy access from/to Trans Canada Highway. Good size rooms with comfy beds. Plenty of on-site parking but not free. Breakfast not included in the room rate. Restaurant service for dinner was slow; food quality was very disappointing. (Better value options in the area eg. Padrinos for dinner and Chez Francois for breakfast). Some noise interruptions from the nearby railway traffic.
